Mar. 5—Question: Why do all of the Teslas I see in Minnesota lack the required front license plate? I see lots of other all electric vehicles from other manufacturers and they all have a front plate.

Dear All Knowing One: I seem to remember a provision in the law that prohibits operation of a vehicle with the license plate blocked by a covering or anything else that prevents it from being viewed.
