For the third time since 2021, a Bulfinch Triangle building has sold for a fraction of its previous price. Now it won't be a hotel after all. It's going back to being an office building.

Richard Brown converted a tiny, triangular car-repair shop into a home for himself and his fiancée. The building is 430 square feet, with pointy edges and sharp corners that posed design challenges.
