The Heartland Humane Society being over-capacity with dogs has been a problem for a while, but now, it’s also over-capacity with cats.
Oakland Animal Services is sounding the alarm, saying it is over capacity with dogs and needs your help. Several are at risk for being euthanized, and many are waiting for their forever family.
