I’ve done everything I can think of 😭😭 I just got this in this past week so it’s brand new. I have changed thread, it’s a polyester thread, I’m using a ball point needle for the knit fabric. I have changed the needle. Retreaded top and bottom multiple times. Loosened the tension. Even took the bottom cover apart and made sure it was all clean and no dust or anything despite it being new. It’s like something is snagging the thread and it’s only the top thread doing it. Do I need to just exchang
