Hello I’m a newly single father . Spring break is coming up and told the ex.I cannot get her until I get off of work each day . I have contacted my attorney about my schedule , he said ok thanks for letting me know . I am not primary as well . Ex says I have to have her every day . It’s the best I can do due to my work schedule. Will it show the court that I’m at least trying for other options of custody?
