I have been to Barry’s Liverpool so many times and loved it - this video was purely made to highlight me not enjoying working out in a sports bra and sharing how sometimes exercise can be intimidating - it was everything to do with my mindset and not the class / instructors I didn’t make it to be negative towards Barry’s at all I guess I just came away not feeling one bit empowered after this class but it was still an amazing class to be invited to and I’m not criticising it at all just sharing
