Clean and snatch pulls are tricky to get the timing and sequence right even if you know the clean. Ideally you want to pull it the same as your clean, make contact and just not go under. After the extension and just guide the bar close to your body with your arms. I also think this exercise is more beneficial at heavy weights for lifters who have more experience and aren’t still learning their technique! What do you think?
