When can you bike after ACL surgery? 🚴‍♀️ This was me 8 days post-op hamstring graft, LET, and a chondral defect removed from my patella. I was already pedalling… but only because I’d hit the key milestones first: ✅ full extension ✅ full quad control ✅ near-full flexion ✅ minimal swelling Biking can be fantastic after ACL surgery but it’s not something to rush or do just for the sake of it. For safety, I’d want to see: ( this is based on my experience ) 👉 full active quads 👉 extension restore
