thescarypost on Instagram: "On August 28, 2003, Brian Wells, a 46‐year-old pizza delivery driver in Erie, Pennsylvania, walked into a branch of PNC Bank carrying a note demanding $250,000, and revealing a heavy, box-like device locked around his neck. The device was a collar b**b: a metal band locked like a handcuff around the neck, connected to pipe bombs, timers, and decoy wires. He left with only about $8,700, drove off, and was soon stopped by state troopers outside his car. While he was sea
