Video shows at least 20 containers falling off a cargo ship into the water in Long Beach, California on Tuesday. And 50 containers collapsed on the vessel, according to The U.S. Coast Guard. Cargo operations have been temporarily suspended at the terminal as responders work to secure the containers.
