Day 175 of showing up for myself. 1,250 yards (1.14 km), 50 laps, in 44:19 at the Lakeshore Foundation. The heel pain drama continues, but yesterday’s three-mile walk didn’t make it worse. I’m still dealing with pain that comes and goes, so I’m icing and elevating my foot, cross-training, and being careful with my walks.
