TUITION CRISIS: Nine students who were informed in December that they would lose their scholarships at Talladega College in Alabama say they are, at minimum, trying to complete the Spring 2026 term. In a letter to the students, the university announced that they would be placed on partial scholarships for the Spring 2026 semester, requiring them to pay $3,000 by the start of classes on January 12, 2026, and the remaining $3,000 before the end of the term in June.
