These are some of the (free) quick check math templates I've made over the years. Using templates for warm-ups made starting class really easy. I put them in a basket at the front of the room where students would grab one on the way to their seats. On the front board would be an equation, a graph, or some other piece of information that students would add to their templates. They'd then fill in the rest.
