The final funding has bee approved to replace the decrepit bridge over the Tuolumne River. It has been off limits to large trucks for much of its 100-plus years due to faulty concrete. The bridge will be widened to two traffic lanes each way and have bike and walking paths connecting to the river park. The project includes an easier link to Crows Landing Road for trucks and residents. The final $15 million of the $134 million in funding went before the California Transportation Commission. Video
