Threading through your questions!

Splitting threads is one of those basic embroidery skills that it took me ages to master. I used to try to just rip out what I needed and that would of course lead to a rats nest of a tangle. This method is the one that has brought me the most ease. It's helpful especially in cases where I need to update my embroidery journal and I only need one strand of thread.
