Stuart loading material onto our new Schunk KSC 3-Face Pyramid and setting the work offsets. This pyramid fixture is designed with a 20 degree angle that allows access to all 5 sides of each workpiece, especially when you’re working at -110 degrees in the machine. If you tilt the table to -110 degrees, the part you’re working on will be at -90 degrees and directly perpendicular to the spindle.
